Please see included wholesale pricing list. Please note that these prices do not reflect shipping to your facility. We are committed to providing the most cost effective shipping. Please note the following is needed to obtain order:

2)      Exemption from Sales and Use tax (where applicable)

3)      W-9

Placing Orders, Processing Time & Confirmation

Wholesale orders should be placed by phone, email, or fax. All orders are shipped within 2 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email of the total, UPS shipping charges and tracking number. A copy of the invoice will be included in this email as well as in the shipment box.

All orders are subject to approval. Prices are listed on wholesale price list.

Guarantees & Returns

O2totes manufactures products in California, USA. We are committed to providing the highest quality products. All pieces are shipped from the manufacturer to our warehouse, inspected, and shipped to the retailer. Please contact us at our toll free number within 10 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the order.

 Back Orders

Items that are temporarily out of stock may be placed on back order for a period of 60 days or less. Your invoice will reflect the current status.

Shipping & Charges

Wholesale orders are usually shipped through UPS, if a retailer prefers another shipment option they may contact us through email or phone to specify shipment options.

We are dedicated to providing the best pricing of shipping. Please ask for a quote for shipping when calling in a wholesale order.

Payment terms & Sales Tax

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover for wholesale orders. We are unable to process American Express at this time, please call for an update if that is your preferred payment option. Credit Cards will NOT be charged until shipment has been made.

Net 30 terms can be extended, please call of details. Past due accounts are subject to a 1% finance charge.

Sales Tax is not applied to wholesale orders.

Pricing

We give our retailers the right to make their own prices for o2totes in the retail store. O2totes are more expensive to manufacture due to USA production and can be sold at a higher retail rate.
