Inogen Return Policy

Returns are accepted for 15 days after your shipment arrives at your house. This gives you enough time to know if the bag will work for you or not (we hope it will be great) 

Please return the bag in un-used (we don't mean the time trying it out) condition. We understand you have to wear it to try it we just mean don't wear it on vacation come back & decide you don't want it anymore. 

We will work with all of our customers on exchanges & returns so you are happy. We like smiles! 

**Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, as well as shipping to the customer, if you received free shipping (Usually $6.75 to the customer in the US) that will be deducted from your return)
